Errors in 2004 Limited Edition Thomas Kinkade Catalog

June 14, 2004 - For the second consecutive year the annual Thomas Kinkade catalog has been released with numerous errors in relation to Thom's Robert Girrard works. The errors include the omission of Kinkade ‘Girrards' published by The Thomas Kinkade Company, incorrect medium, incorrect image sizes and the omission of some image sizes, incorrect edition size, incorrect edition designations, wrong publication dates, inaccurate ‘historical' information, inaccurate print signature information, inaccurate marketing information, and the omission of print editions.

The text appearing on Page 157 of the catalog includes the statement, “Written with contribution by historian George Goff”. However, The Thomas Kinkade Company did not consult with Mr. Goff about their 2004 catalog and used his name in the catalog without authorization.
